Relaxing Pool Area

Safe and Convenient Parking

We had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, which made for a stressful stay. While the location next to the river is beautiful and the pool area is well-kept, our room was not clean, and we faced some serious issues with customer service. Overall, despite some positives, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired.

Our experience at this hotel was really disappointing. The room we booked was not clean at all, with dust and even mouse droppings noticeable upon closer inspection. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine, and we encountered cockroaches during our stay. On the upside, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall state of the hotel was frustrating, especially given the price we paid. We were kept awake by the noise from the nearby discoteca, which was quite unbearable at times.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic right next to the river, and the pool area was beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I had a really frustrating experience with a staff member regarding a lost bag, which wasn't handled well. While there were some positives, the overall service and hygiene issues definitely impacted my experience.
